Can I register as a group or company team?
Here’s how group registration works:
One ticket is purchased at full price.
Every additional teammate gets a discount of $500 off their ticket.
To get the group pricing, all registrations must be completed in a single transaction.
So recruit your crew, checkout together, and lock in the savings.

Are tickets refundable?
Cancellation requests received by PSMJ Resources, Inc. at least 45 business days prior to the program are entitled to full refunds.
Cancellations received between 44 and 11 business days prior to the program receive a credit letter, good for one year, towards any PSMJ Resources, Inc. program*.
Cancellations made 10 or fewer business days prior to the program and/or no–shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Do I need to pre-register for sessions or workshops?
Only the pre-conference workshop day requires pre-registration. All sessions during the main two days of the event are included with your registration and do not require advance sign-up
Venue & Accommodations
Is the venue accessible by public transportation?
The venue is accessible by public transportation via nearby Valley Metro bus routes, though service is limited. Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are widely available and recommended.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes! Complimentary self-parking is available for all attendees at the resort. Valet parking is also available for an additional fee. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes for arrival and check-in at the property.
Are there dining options within or near the venue?
Yes! The resort offers several on-site dining options, including restaurants, bars, and casual cafés. Attendees will also find a variety of additional dining options just a short drive away in nearby Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, ranging from quick bites to upscale dining experiences.
What accommodation options are available?
Attendees can stay right on-site at the beautiful Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia, which offers a range of guest rooms and resort amenities. There are also many nearby hotel options throughout Scottsdale and Paradise Valley to fit a variety of budgets and preferences. Additional booking details and hotel recommendations will be shared closer to the event.
What time is check in/check out?
Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you plan to arrive early or depart later, we recommend contacting the resort directly to inquire about early check-in or late check-out availability.
Food & Accessibility
Are meals included?
Yes. Registration includes breakfast and lunch during the event.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We work with the venue and catering team to accommodate common dietary needs during registration such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and food allergies. Please indicate any dietary restrictions during registration so we can plan accordingly.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Yes! Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia is ADA accessible and offers accessible guest rooms, public spaces, parking, and resort amenities to help ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees. If you require specific accommodations, we encourage you to contact the resort or event team in advance so arrangements can be made.
